The Nourish to ThriveTM program is a hybrid program where you will have access to the online course membership site which consists of several videos, meditations, and worksheets that you will use throughout the course. 

Each week we meet (for a total of 8 weeks) over Zoom as a group where you will have an opportunity to ask questions, experience laser coaching, and be supported by like-minded individuals.

During our program, we will schedule two one-on-one sessions specifically designed to explore and delve deep into any challenges or unproductive patterns and habits that you might be encountering. This personalized approach allows us to thoroughly address and examine these issues, enabling us to work together towards finding effective solutions and making positive changes.

During the 8-week period, you will have full access to me through video conferencing, e-mails, and calls to ensure that all of your needs are met.
